Jim Click’s ‘Millions for Tucson’ raffle raises more than $1M for local charities despite 2020 challenges


TUCSON (KVOA) – Regardless of the challenges offered this 12 months, the annual Jim Click on “Hundreds of thousands for Tucson” Raffle raised $1,010,950 for almost 300 native charities, based on an announcement launched Friday.

On Feb. 21, the annual raffle kicked off on the Reid Park Zoo Plaza and Occasion Backyard. giving native non-profit charities the chance to promote raffle tickets for a number of fabulous prizes, together with the coveted 2020 Ford F-150 Platinum. Melinda Correll of Tucson bought the second-place raffle ticket from Spay and Neuter Options of Tucson, profitable her two airplane tickets.

The third-place prize of $5,000 was gained by Yadira Tiznado of Tucson, who bought a ticket from Our Girl Queen of All Saints, Tucson.
