York County Community Foundation awards grant to help EMS merger


YORK, Pa. (WHTM) — The York County Group Basis is awarding a grant to assist an EMS merger. With the assistance of the WellSpan Emergency Providers Fund, greater than 300,000 {dollars} will go to York Regional EMS, Grantley Fireplace Firm, and West York Ambulance.

The three EMS suppliers are combining to create First Capital Group Transport Companions–an ongoing effort to offer a uniform EMS system to York County communities.
