As a part of efforts to encourage youth participation in politics and governance, a non- governmental organisation (NGO), Lead Technology Initiative, on Friday organised a two-day coaching to youth chosen from Bauchi and Gombe states on management and governance.

The founding father of the NGO and member representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola and Iwajowa constituency of Oyo state within the Home of Representatives, Shina Abiola Peller, whereas declaring the workshop open in Bauchi, stated the coaching, tagged ‘Get Concerned Management Coaching, was meant to advertise youth involvement in politics.

He stated the organisation was established to create alternatives for younger folks to channel their creativity, power and aspirations so as to add worth to their communities.

“We’re conscious that the voice of each younger Nigerian must be heard. We wish to galvanise, practice, assist and lift the voices and stake of the Nigerian youth.

We’re constructing a brand new technology of younger people who take accountability for fixing their communities and nation by way of lively participation within the socio-political course of,” he stated.
