RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – A bunch of 68 European Parliament deputies despatched a letter to Brazil’s Vice-president Hamilton Mourão and to the Nationwide Council of the Authorized Amazon, which he coordinates, complaining about plans to limit the actions of NGOs within the area.
