Frank ‘Frankie’ D. Smith, generous, great man

Frank “Frankie” D. Smith, “Pop,”  79 of Georgetown handed away all of a sudden Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020.  He was born in Bridgeville  March 23, 1941, son of the late Clayton and Clara Wells Smith.  He was additionally predeceased by his little lady, Carolyn Smith.

Mr. Smith was the proprietor and operator of Frank Smith Land Clearing for 57 years, semi-retiring in 2016.  He completely loved working onerous and was identified to be the very best in his subject. 

He was an avid collector of classic vintage cars, and lived and cherished to work every day on his “toys.” as he known as them.  He loved fishing, socializing with buddies, and reminiscing with a lot of his previous tales. 

He’s survived by his spouse of 32 years, Debbie Priestley Smith; a stepson, Shawn Passwaters; three granddaughters: Jessie Kefauver, Lauren Gum and Hailey Passwaters; three grandsons: Robert Brown (Jordon), Chris Brown and Shawn M. Passwaters; two great-granddaughters: Jordyn and Remi; many in-laws, cousins, and an extra-extended host of nice buddies.  To not overlook his Daddy’s boy, Jake, a pup. 

Frank was all the time a beneficiant, nice man, and leaves many recollections for all who proudly knew him. He’ll sadly be cherished and missed without end.
